BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1023 Mountain Creek Road, being on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road northeast of the "W" Road. An unplatted tract, being all of the property described in deed book 3922, page 567, R.O.H.C., and being part of the property shown on the tax map as Tax Map No. 117B-B-4. Said part of tract begins on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road some 1168 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road with the northeast line of the "W" Road, thence northwest some 148 feet, thence northeast some 20 feet, thence northwest some 400 feet, thence northeast 270 feet, thence southeast 280 feet, thence southeast 270.9 feet to the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road, thence southwest 204 feet with Mountain Creek Road to the point of beginning. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
